Objective

Lambton College needed to revamp two of its human resources training modules for employee onboarding: the Sexual Assault and Sexual Violence Policy and Protocol and Maintaining a Respectful Workplace. The client aims to transform the outdated, static content of the module into an engaging and visually interactive training experience.

Deliverables

Following frequent meetings with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for both modules, the old training module was taken down and reconstructed in Articulate Storyline 360. The module was designed to seamlessly integrate with the Learning Management System (LMS) through SCORM files, enabling automatic reporting once employees finish the module and its final assessment.

Result

The successful integration of the modules into the D2L Learning Management System (LMS) significantly improved the onboarding and training experience for existing employees. Continuous updates are being made to enhance employee retention further. As a result, the modules have contributed to increased employee retention and fostered a healthier workplace environment.
